We’re sure you’ll love your products but if you’re not happy for any reason we do offer a refund or exchange.  Just email us at: orders@northumbriahealth.com with your order number and we will help you with your return.  You can read more about our return policy here (link to returns policy).

All orders are prepared within 24 hours by our warehouse team (all orders placed on Fridays, weekends or public holidays are despatched within 24 hours after the next working day.  If for any reason you wish to cancel or make a change to your order we advise that you contact our customer care team on orders@northumbriahealth.com  immediately after placing your order (we are open Mon-Fri 8.30am-4.30pm).  We cannot guarantee that your order can always be cancelled or changed before it is despatched.

We ask you to allow 2-3 days for your order to arrive. In the unlikely event that your order is not received within this time frame please contact us on orders@northumbriahealth.com

Northumbria Health is owned by Northumbria Pharma Limited, a British pharmaceutical company.  The majority of our vitamins and supplements are made in Britain but we do have a small number that are made in Europe.  All of our vitamins and supplements are made to GMP standards (good manufacturing practice).

We source our raw materials from both the UK and across the world, to strict pharmaceutical or food grade standards.

Yes, we offer a number of vegan products and are actively looking to expand our vegan range.

We have removed cartons from most of our products and the materials that we use for our bottles is fully recyclable.  We hope to be able to introduce more eco-friendly bottles in the future to reduce the use of plastic.
