Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate DC), Shilajit 10:1 Extract, Vegetarian Capsule Shell (HydroxyPropylMethylCellulose), Lubricant (Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate), Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide).
Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water.
