Ingredients: Zinc Gluconate, Capsule Shell (HydroxyPropyl Methylcellulose), Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide)
Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water.

These tablets are pretty big but they aren’t too hard to swallow. There is a fair bit of evidence about the effectiveness of taking Zinc supplements.
The zinc content of these is very high certainly more than in most zinc tablets.

I have been paying more attention to zinc and more is being learned about it in this time fo needing strong immune system. I am a nutritionist . Zinc is really essential and we do not store it much at all. It builds the immune system and is also something that gets excellent results with getting rid of period pain. 50mg a day fora months and the see if it really helps. Normally it does. This seems a good one to me . i have been using it now for some time and the results are good.
